Our School
SIS must raise over $2M annually to support the school’s operating budget. It is only with the generous support of individuals and foundations that we are able to continue the school’s vital mission – providing a life-changing education for students who are most in need and most deserving.
SIS is a private, Catholic, Jesuit middle school sponsored by the USA East Province of the Jesuits, with an independent Board of Trustees, Jesuit Board of Members, and community of benefactors which fund 100% of SIS’s costs each year. SIS does not operate under the aegis of the Catholic Archdiocese of New York or the New York City Department of Education.
Saint Ignatius School’s EIN is 13-3875918.
