All parts of the application due Friday, April 19.

May 1

Applicant Group Activities, Wednesday, May 1, 3:00-4:00pm.

Family Interviews, Thursday, May 2, 3:00-7:00pm.

Required Documents

Copy of student’s birth certificate Copy of family’s income
(e.g. 2022 1040 form, letter from an employer, etc.)

Copy of family’s address (e.g. canceled mail, rent, utility, etc.)

Copy of student’s final 4th grade report card and 2nd Quarter/Trimester 5th Grade Report Card
